Along with wedding invites, its a custom to have wedding Weddding Programs stationery items which enable you to communicate with your guests in informative and elegant way.

Following are Edding Programs the Wedding Stationery Items generally required:

Save The Date Cards: If you have out-of-town Wdding Programs guests or your wedding is at a known busy time of the year, such as Christmas or holiday time, you should send out 'save the date' or 'save the day' cards. These are usually small cards with the bride and groom names and the date of the wedding. "Invitation to follow" should be written at the bottom. For guests who will have to travel, it is an idea to send out a map with these cards and some suggestions on accommodation.

Invitations ~ Day & Evening: With any wedding, you'll need some form of invitations. You may need separate day and evening invites depending on the kind of receptions you plan to have, and who your guests will be. These invites need to be sent out at least 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date. One card per couple/family.

Response Cards: It is a nice touch to include response cards, also referred to as RSVP cards, for your guests to fill out and send back to you. These cards are sent out with the invitations. They are supplied with their own envelope which may be stamped and addressed to encourage guests to reply quickly

"Will you be my..." Cards: A unique and thoughtful way to ask your "loved ones" to be a special part of your big day.

Wedding Programs/Order of Service: Wedding Programs or Order of Service (Order of the Day) cards are a lovely way to ensure your guests enjoy your ceremony as much as you do! They set out the order of events such as hymns, readings and the marriage ceremony itself.

Menus & Place Cards: Menus and named place cards for your tables are a must if you plan on having organized seating. Buffet style receptions don't require a menu, but you might still want to consider a seating plan.

Table Plan: Displayed at the reception for guests to identify the tables they are sitting at.

Thank You Cards: After the wedding, it is expected that you send out Thank you cards or letters for the gifts you receive. If you have moved into a new home, this is a great opportunity to give out your new address too! These cards are sent out on return from Honeymoon to thank guests for attending and for their gifts. Thank you for being my ____ cards should also be sent for those special people who participated in your wedding.
